New to London.

I am a white, thirty year old male, and I have just moved to London. I can not begin to tell you how excited I am by this, but I will try. When I was young, it was just me and my mum. We moved around a lot. She met a guy who turned out to be a loser. The area in which we lived in was in the middle of nowhere and had very limited opportunities for a sixteen year old boy like me. So I left home. I wanted to take a path in life that would lead me to a happy secure place. It is fifteen years later and I have finally made it to this place. Now I am living my dream. My dream of living in central London & working as a session stylist. I mean come on. What guy out there would not want to play with models hair all day and then go back to his London pad on the posh side of town? Oh yes, I'm loving every minute.
But it dd not come easy. There were times in my life where I was in a really bad place, ruined on drugs and deep in debt, even sent to prison. I had to find the way out from my destructive self, more than once. But I did it. I overcame my demons to give myself the happiness I feel today. It took me over a decade of hard work and low income before I finally worked myself into the comfortable position I find myself in today.
I want this to serve as an inspiration to anyone who is in a bad place, and thinks they will never get out of it. I'm here as living proof that You can do anything you want. You just have to want it enough.
